I don't think this will happen. As far as I know, there's no way to hide your IP on bittorrent (other than perhaps proxies, though I've never used one, so I wouldn't know.)

My understanding is you cant hide your IP address anywhere on the Internet. Basically, if you want to transfer data then the other computer has to know your IP address to send the packets to. The only way around that is, as you said, to use another network node inbetween, such as a third-party router or proxy, which is very impractical since you will likely not be able to receive connections and the speed will be limited.

Re: anti tracking(Finding a program)

But if you have piggy backed a network
the I.P address you are using isn't yours
It's connected to the Network, The
access point that's created, your simply
using it to connect.

But your signal is yours, Now
You can be tracked or
your activities monitored through
your data browsing, the second
one(data browsing) is very basic and anyone who is
really trying to find you won't bother
with it, because just simply clearing your
data browser is sufficient using "Google
Chrome or Firefox",etc....

But the first one is very real using torrents
is okay if you have a fast connection.
An then making it portable so your hard drive
won't remember it or any data that comes from it.
Proxies are not the issue they are useless only hiding
the i.p isn't enough TRACKING can still occur.

So as soon as anyone finds a Anti-tracking program
we'll let everyone know because the FBI wont tell anyone
inside secrets, but knowledge is vast on the net and I
have done research on this.

What ever tracking they try to do it will be
using the simplicities of Trigonometry and that means
finding the points along a line and defining
those points. Imagine if a network was a line
and the signals connected to those lines were
dots(points) well that dot is your signal
and taking a radar an scanning a particular area
is simple once this is done they have you in a matter
of seconds but this technology is in it's baby stages
and they haven't started this among other things yet.

But the goal is being invisible along that network line(grid)
it will appear like that on the equipment they are using.
Transmitting an receiving is apart of using a
wireless device but it is the best way to avoid anyone
knowing who you are and what your doing
direct connections are simply(stone tablet
technology that has been figured out);
