umask parameter in config file

I'd like to suggest that the daemon accept a umask parameter that it uses to apply to downloaded files. Following the headless installation recommendations results in files correctly chowned by transmission:transmission, but makes moving files around thereafter a nuisance.

I completely agree with this. I wonder if anything has been done. Looking into it further...
