Download speeds still inconsistent in 1.42

My download speed are inconsistent and change by us much as 50/60% more or less, every 5 seconds or so. The same thing happened to me in the previous version 1.40, however the problem is still there in version 1.42. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Yes, I'm seeing that too. Just to experiment, I seeded a torrent with 1.22 to compare. 1.22 connected to more peers than 1.42.

Old rtorrent works much better than transmission, i see it too.
