I just read the news that Comcast has implemented its new throttling system (http://www.dslreports.com/shownews/New- ... ine-100015) and I am an affected customer.
Is there anything you think I should do with my Transmission client other than to make sure the upload/download limits stay under 70%? I'm not very familiar with how packet filtering works at this level. And about that 70% figure -- do you think it should be 70% of my actual speeds, or 70% of Comcast's advertised speeds? Or something else entirely?
