Cumulative Transfer Speeds Issue? v1.50

Hi all,
I've just restarted my terminal only linux server (MyBook World Edition - Transmission 1.50-1 through optware)-
And ive just noticed that when ever i call upon transmission-remote -l it gives me all the correct details, but is providing a cumulative value of my upload/download speeds?

For example, i am downloading one torrent at 150kb/s- the first time it will show a download speed of 150kb/s- then if i run transmission-remote -l again, it will say my transfer speed is 300, then 450, then 600 etc.

Bit strange i thought. Im running daemon only (with clutch frontend) - anyone else experiencing this issue?? Im yet to check what the clutch front-end is reporting, but suspect it is OK...
