How to migrate bulk torrents from uTorrent to Transmission?

Hi,
I'm moving torrents sharing task from my old WinXP PC to NAS D-Link DNS-323. I have about 400 torrent files currently in uTorrent. On DNS I'm using Transmission.
Does smb know (practically) a way how to migrate all the ~400 torrent files from uTorrent to Transmission in fully-automated or semi-automated way? I'm trying to avoid a need to go through torrent files one-by-one.
There is a thread about migrating from Azureus to Transmission, but I was not able to find "path" column in uTorrent.
Pls, advise.
