maybe you could use the search function first before posting? or just looking at the thread page for topics wit "closed port" as the title, or look at the wiki then you would find this:

yup and what I think is the problem that the firewall is blocking it

I never could get a green light in my transmission, its always a red showing that the port is closed.

But when I go to canyouseeme.org, the port is listed as open. Log seems fine too. So I assume its just a bug in the program.

Downloading fine though *shrugs*
