Export to file convertor if it's a video file?

When completed, being able to call an app like VisualHub to convert a file to H.264 for storing in iTunes and syncing with iDevice or AppleTV would be handy. While just an example, VisualHub does have settings that will preserve your conversion setting and auto import into iTunes when completed.

But in order to upload to iTunes, the video must also be in the right format. I didn't want to download the FLV file and then I had to use FLV converter to fix the error.
Maybe in the future this will not be necessary and all possible formats will be supported?
