Transmission dynamic speed control

Hello! I'm from Russia. Sorry for my bad english

It would be desirable that in the menu of icon Transmission on the panel there was a dynamic speed control, as in uTorrent, with possibility of change of values the user.
As on screenshot.

Cool Idea. I would prefer to see it as an "Edit..." item at the bottom of the respective Limit menus. Or maybe a hidden setting accessible only through defaults. The preferences are filling up fast.
