launch a script after torrent finishes.

it would be really nice if this feature would be added. launch a script after torrent finishes and pass its name to the script. when downloaded content has spaces in it's name escape it and pass it.

spaces in file and catalogue names are tricky and could use some function to change spaces for _ (underscores)
