Specifying the random port range

Hey,

Is there a way to specify the random port range for transmission on the mac? When I used it in linux I was able to change it in settings.json with "peer-port-random-high: ###" and "peer-port-random-low: ###" but I dont know how to do it on the mac...

Its been 3 months, I think that's an acceptable amount of time to bump this now..
