Transmission

Lately, I've been getting lousy through-put on my torrents. For some reason today, I accidently deleted a torrent that was running. No problem, I simply restarted it. Odd thing is, after it went through the check, it went from no seeders and to many, and suddenly started downloading at 50-60 kbs!! I started canceling other torrents and restarting them. I'm now blazing away at 275+ kbs?!? What's going on here? Torrents that I thought were dead, read bars right though them, now are alive and kicking.
