RPC : translation status number to human understandable

Hello everyone,
I am writing a php library to control transmission with rpc.
I would like to know where i could find the meaning of the torrent status numbers returned by transmission on a torrent-get request.
Example : 'status 16 means torrent is stopped' (from what i saw)
