Make Transmission a Menubar Item

I think it'd be a cool feature to make it an option for transmission to have no dock icon and take it away from the command + tab list, and have it up in the menubar instead. uTorrent does it, by default if you press minimize I think. I just think it would make it feel a lot more like a background application, because it's almost always open for me.
