Transmission

I want to write a modified version of the cli that dumps all of the seeds/peers to a file, for comparing with previous torrent downloads seeds/peers and connects to only the seeds/peers that had the fastest download speeds from the last torrent. But for now I just want to access the seed/peers data structure and dump all the ip addresses to a file. If anybody can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
