iPhone integration features

Hi everyone, new to this forum.

I saw some kind of new feature is implement for iPhone users in the changelog today. Just wondering how do I use this? What do I have to do to monitor my torrents on my iPhone. I've read about this "clutch" thing, but don't know what it means/does.
