Transmission

Ok so I have a home server running ubuntu server and transmission was running fine for a while then earlier today torrents started to get moved from downloading to paused and say that there is no such file or directory. I changed no settings from when it was working fine. The drive did fill up with out me noticing it but i cleared out plenty of space and still had the prob. I checked all permissions... they are fine. I uninstalled and deleted old settings.json and reinstalled. still having the same problem.

What do you guys think I should do?
