Also using glasnost the ports it said worked were also closed.

Test results if anyone is interested:
Is BitTorrent traffic on a well-known BitTorrent port (6882) throttled?

The BitTorrent upload (seeding) worked. Our tool was successful in uploading data using the BitTorrent protocol.

There's no indication that your ISP rate limits your BitTorrent uploads. In our tests a TCP upload achieved at least 299 Kbps while a BitTorrent upload achieved at most 299 Kbps. You can find details here.

The BitTorrent download worked. Our tool was successful in downloading data using the BitTorrent protocol.

There's no indication that your ISP rate limits your BitTorrent downloads. In our tests a TCP download achieved at least 1037 Kbps while a BitTorrent download achieved at most 1092 Kbps. You can find details here.

And this is what the actual error is when I download.
2009-08-02 12:12:43 -0500 peer-mgr.c:1117 [Error] New Folder: Piece 776, which was just downloaded, failed its checksum test
2009-08-02 12:15:39 -0500 peer-mgr.c:1117 [Error] New Folder: Piece 668, which was just downloaded, failed its checksum test
2009-08-02 12:15:44 -0500 peer-mgr.c:1117 [Error] New Folder: Piece 84, which was just downloaded, failed its checksum test
And finally I seem to be doing most of my downloading from those with incomplete files (peers) and then the seeds (complete files) are giving me either none or very low amounts such as 0.5 kb/s though this may be just due to their end of it but I was wondering if it may have something to do with me.

Ok just finished downloading a few torrents and I'm having a problem seeding. I upload just fine while it's downloading but now that the torrent is done downloading it won't upload except occasional (once every 5-10 min) 8 kb/s bursts. But the ones that are still downloading will constantly upload at 50 kb/s.
