Access different hosts from 1 web interface

Hello,
i have 2 transmission clients or daemon running: one on my NAS and one on my desktop.
is it possible to connect to (for example) the Web interface of the NAS (192.168.0.20) and be able to choose from a list to connect to the NAS transmission (running on 192.168.0.20) or the desktop transmission (running on 192.168.0.21).
I could manage to update the web client UI, but I cannot find where to change this setting (if this is possible).
Does anyone have an idea?
