I am using a MacBook (about 1,5 Years old), I disabled my routers firewall and also my MacBooks one. I checked some supports and asked if my router is able to run this feature called "UPnP" and it abviously doesn't. (by the was it is a T-Online "Speedport W 700V" pretty new, so I wonder why it is not supporting the UPnP)
Here are the results of my debug report:

I hope someone can help me out of this misery

Thank you
