It would be nice to have an 'apply to all' checkbox in the message you get when some transfers are started, while the file-destination isn't available.
e.g.: when I start transmission with a different external hard drive attached, I need to confirm about 500 of those messages...
I know you can hold option during start-up to pause them, but you can get these messages too when you (accidentally) start some of these transfers...
