Magnet Support

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if you could find time to start implementing development towards support for magnet links for the Web UI. Since many of the trackers have started ditching the idea of a torrent file/tracker, and DHT+PEX becomes more prominent, this is increasingly a very important feature. I'm not sure how you could integrate it into the code, but maybe a browser add-on which makes another site (the WebGUI) the application which handles magnet links, or a way to save it into a text file which is stored in the watch directory.

Either way, this needs to be supported,
