Port Closed?

Port Closed?

Hello

I get the red dot Port is closed, do I have a problem? here's my log:

Yes but not getting anywhere. Here's my setup:

I have a Windows PC in the office, connected to that I have a Airport Extreme and connected to that I have a ADSL modem/router (not wireless). I have a Macbook which connects wirelessly and it's here I use Transmission.

Where should I look in the above setup?
