Transmission 1.76

Hello I'm new to to this forum, & have read quit a bit about Transmission, Great Job so far!!! I used to use rtorrent on my QNAP NAS but found it to be unreliable, so wanted to try transmission instead. I got it up & running but need to tune it properly, can someone help with the settings.json file. I found a brief description about it wanted to get something more detailed, does that exist?
