[patch] enable right click menu to fully display

hi
i have sometimes encounter a problem with fully displaying right click menu (on a torrent). problem occures when having torrents that cover youur display from up to down. i have written a simple improvement/hack
image can be generated from any program. i am using transmission 1.77 on debian squeeze. works for me under firefox 3.5.7
