Transmission files zero out when files havn't been changed

Transmission files zero out when files havn't been changed

So twice now I've been downloading files, and the file progress sometimes goes to %0 after restarting my computer. This is desite that the files are still in the same path ("folders") and havn't been modified. Why does this happen, and is there anyway to fix it?
