cant upload to other people

hi everybody,

i have installed freenas, everything it s working.
i enabled bittorrent. i open the port tcp 11749 on my router and put it also in de configuration in the freenas.i didn t put limitations in the upload or download.
i can really good download. the problem is that i cant upload to other people and i don t knwo how to set the ratio limit.
i m use public torrent so i HAVE TO SEED.
i have freenas 0.7...
please some help?

i checked from outside if the port is open on my router.
it s green so the port is open. so the probelm is in transmission but where?
why we dont have anywhere the options to set the seed or thet kind of things?
i saw tat somepeople was looking to the post, why nobogy gives any answer, if your transmission is working .....

erdoctor: please go through the checklist in that "SlowSpeeds" wiki link included by x190. There are a handful of questions in that checklist that would make it easier for the people reading this thread to help troubleshoot the problem you're seeing.
