Get Transmission to shutdown after downloads complete

Hi all,
New iMac user so be gentle!!!
I'm new to transmission and wondered if it is possible to get the program to shutdown the machine after the downloads have completed? The reason i ask is that my ISP is a b!tch during the day but after midnight the speed goes through the roof, i used to be able to do this on utorrent on my laptop.
