Snow Leopard 10.6.2
In 1.91 I would be downloading a torrent and I would have to download about 2-3 times the size of the torrent to finish it. I wasn't getting failed DL, which was the weird part. It was just like I was downloading and downloading and not getting anywhere. Some things that helped were pausing the torrent and waiting a little bit and then starting up again. This would cause me to increase my "Have" amount quicker.
I downloaded 1.9.2 and this fixed it all for me. Go 1.9.2!
