Transmission

Hi there
ive searched high and low to see if i can set the active amount of torrents in transmission, but i cant seem to find where or how to enable it. Im using version 1.92 on ubuntu 10.04. ive read via feature requests that this has been implemented, but i cant find anythng in the preferences or settings.json or wiki relating to this.

is there anyway to enable the maximum amount of active downloads?

Seems like this has been worked on for some time.

This is also one of the biggest differences i have seen between transmission and other clients i have used. Without an active torrent limit all download seem to just get slower the more torrents are active. This should be a big improvement for those of us running the daemon on systems with limited resources.
