This does not work at all for me in 1.74 (8993) on 10.5.8.
In what sections (All, Active, etc.) is this supposed to work, and for what purpose? Is this for queue order, or just display?

I'm trying to use the queue system, but it is just too messed up.
I have it set to seed 2 and download 2 (max for each). Just to get 2 to seed and d/l is enough of a hassle, but then I go to the 'paused' section (where all the other torrents, other than those 4, are) to 'resume' them in order to add ...

Actually, I think this would be great.
I see your point, livings, but I think that it could be done very simply (at least, appearance-wise simply) by adding a 'Finished' or 'Completed' (or some other synonym) tab-like thing, along with the All, Active, Downloading, Seeding, and Paused ones. So when ...
