I just wanted to chime in here. I was having the same problem with trying to create a torrent (Transmission 1.54 (8615) and OS X 10.4.11). From the file menu I would choose "Create Torrent". I would then select the files that I want in the torrent, and then the tracker information window comes up. I ...
