Transmission 1.76 Slow Downloads
New to using Transmission. Started with version 1.5x and it was doing fine 10 or so DLs and 30 to 50 KB but installed 1.76 when announced. Paused the 1.5x session, Quit 1.5x and started 1.76. Got very slow downloads - 3 DLs and 15 KB dl speed. Downloaded 1.75, Quit 1.76 and Started 1.75. Almost ...
