I read that the latest nightly build has resolved this issue... The beta seems to resolve the issue as well.

Hey... just a minor error that transmission looks in the wrong folder for local data.

(In this set-up torrents are set to download to Downloads\Torrents\ and Display "adding transfer" options window is on)

Create a torrent from the folder: User Files\Torrents\Created Torrents\New Torrent ...
