well, posted it in the forum named above, and I have been told that it is a transmission daemon issue, not a GUI issue...

Thanks for answer blacke4dawn, that's what I also thought. Finally posted here because maybe somebody in this forum also had the same prob.., or at least any idea

Hey there,
got the gui already running but still have som issue with the paths...
The gui is running under win and the daemon under ubuntu, the paths are f.e. /var/hda/files/drives/drive7/Games=Q:\ (as Q is the fixed network drive in win)

Well, that would be the easiest way, it will copy all the files, but it won't keep the folder structure...
So I'll have to move it manually again into the correct folder and do the recheck, right?

thanks for the hint. I was also thinking about giving the same disk names..and if the new disk is going to be connected on the same port, I also guess that it could work out... :)

I've got a question about moving files. Yes I know, it was asked a hundred times with a hundred answers....
But I have over 400 files in seed which I'd like to move to an other location. The files are already organized on the disks (about 160 folders almost 3TB).
