even upgrading to latest version of transmission is of no help.

still, can't find how to upgrade the transmission.... searched a lot can find how to install... but can't find how to upgrade.... any help will be greatly appreciated.

any suggestions to solve this seeding issue ?

The port you need forwarding on is the peer port: 51413 (from your settings).

It could have been working before since you are using UPnP (that's the port-forwarding-enabled in the settings), but if that changed on your router then it stopped working (or ...
