No, I have not tested this in a nightly, sorry.
I have my global speed limit set to 80kB/s during the day. This works fine, usually. (I have 1Mbit upload)
Currently, I am seeding 4 torrents, two limited to 20kB/s and one limited to 50kB/s.
My upload speed hovers somewhere between 70-120kB/s, mostly ...
