I reverted back to 1.76, as there was no response on this issue.

As I have further looked into this, I notice that it seemed to work if I did the following:

1) In Preferences, change the DL speed in the Speed Limit mode section to something > 0.
2) Close Preferences.
3) Go back into Preferences and set the DL speed back to 0.

Now it respects the Speed Limit ...

I have the option set in Preferences to use an "Incomplete" folder for torrents in progress, then a "Completed" location once the torrent is finished. In my case, these are on separate volumes but it worked fine under 1.76. Under the 1.80b1 beta, this is not working. Completed torrents are not being ...

Using the 1.80b1, the Speed Limit mode settings are no longer being respected. I have the DL set to 0 from 8AM to 11:59PM, but the torrent downloaded at full speed during that time. I tried toggling it to "reset" it, but that didn't help. Also confirmed that the Speed Limit mode is not working on ...
