Transmission

Trying to download two big things, and they keep stopping. And I know it's not the peers fault, as they both stop at the same time and I have to pause and unpause it. Any ideas why?

Ok, this is ridiculous. It was over 100 megs again now it is 93. And it is downloading slow so it is even more annoying.

One of my downloads lost around 20 megs, I have not touched the folder it is downloading to, any ideas why?

I used to download at full speed (around 150 kb/s), and even torrents with lots of peers I always download at 20-50 kb/s. Anyone have any ideas? It says that the port is opened.
