Right now, when your completed torrent is done seeding, the color is the same as a paused torrent. This makes it difficult to distinguish immediately which torrents are paused and which are done. Another color or perhaps some other fill style could be used for the progress bar to indicate that ...

I agree that this would be helpful, in fact, it would be exceedingly helpful. As for the files vs. folders thing, you could show the individual file's percent and the folder's (i.e. everything in the folder) percent the same way -- a simple percent. I wouldn't be confused by that, at least.
