seeding to o tom o peers
hi can someone help me out please..im download torrents but they dont seem to be uploading anymore? it has worked in the past but it has just stopped over the last few weeks and i cant seem to solve it..ive tried peer listings port which is open..ive upped my bandwidth upload rate to 70kbs..Im not sure what else it could be...i have a load of the torrent files just sitting there not allowing people to seed from me... what if i totally wipe all torrents and application and start again do you think this would work?..i kept the torrents and rebooted application still same thing happens..also im not sure how to debug?
