Start time per torrent

Can you set a start time per torrent?
This would come in handy for those on capped limits.
Mine is 40 gig peak and 40 gig offpeak (12:00 - 08:00).
It would be great to assign certain ones to offpeak only etc.

I just found this site whilst searching for this exact topic. I have a peak and off peak cap and would find this very helpful.
