Request: Remember open folders, scroll position in Inspector

Hello. One feature that I would find greatly helpful is if Transmission would remember what folders you have clicked the arrow on/dropped down when using the Inspector. When checking progress of a specific subfolder, it is frustrating to have to scroll and go through several clicks to check the progress of the folder I'm waiting on. I often flip through my torrents rather quickly and am hindered by the lack of this feature.
Related to this request is remembering scroll position. If the same folders were open and it was scrolled to the same spot, it would be much easier to quickly check up on your various torrents.

I just thought of the potential problem of someone opening all of their folders and wanting them reset, and how that might be the reason you all have left it this way. I suppose a Collapse/expand all option would go well with this?
