If that error came up while downloading (in the Message Log), but the file still downloaded, then it's nothing to worry about. Those errors pop on my Transmission from time to time, but it doesn't affect the download itself (nor the speed), it doesn't seem to be a port forward issue (there's a lot of information missing).
