schedule closing transmission

Hi all,
Is there anyway to schedule closing Transmission before I shutdown my computer (also scheduled)
Because if i just shutdown my computer while Transmission is running, next time after startup, it will ask for verify local data, which take a long time -with big torrents- and slow down the system
