Move Completed Downloads

I need transmission to move any completed downloads into a new directory once the download is finished. I am using version 1.51 of the software. The information is sort of scattered, but I have been reading that this sort of thing is possible with a newer version of Transmission? Is this true? If so, what would be the easiest way to go about updating Transmission on an Ubuntu 9.04 system? TIA.
