Option to prioritize torrents from private trackers

I'm using an automated method (flexget) to download torrents from a variety of sources. My experience has been that private tracker swarms are much faster, so if my queue is filled up with torrents from public trackers and a new torrent from a private tracker is downloaded, I'd like to have that prioritized higher, stopping a public tracker torrent if necessary. Another reason for prioritizing private tracker torrents higher is that if you don't enter the swarm early enough, there's nobody left to seed to, so I can't maintain my ratio. And speaking of seeding, I'd also like to prioritize private tracker upload speed, so that I can maintain my ratio.
