Transmission always locks up during program exit.

Greetings,

I'm running v1.82 and it works flawlessly, until I go to exit the program that is. EVERY single time I have to force quit transmission because it's "not responding." Since no one else is having this issue I guess it's something to do with my computer, I just don't have the faintest idea what it might be. Any ideas?

I thought Transmission checked for updates every time it was launched, I'm the fool for assuming that. 1.83 did fix the problem I was having. For the record I did search the forums before posting my problem, "no results" wasn't exactly useful.

My transmission has this problem often, sometimes it can close cleanly and sometimes it cannot. It's annoying, but it has never broken my settings. Setting all downloads to pause, then quitting, may help.

I have the same problem, and mine is always up to date. Automatic update is always on, and I install new versions as soon as they're released.

A lot of times I'll have to force quit just to shut down my machine because Transmission will hang with the "quitting" icon for 5 minutes+
