"Verify Local Data" button on adding transfer window broken

It gives no indication that it's actually checking the files, unless you notice that the list of torrent files is slowly going from 0-->100% one by one, which is unintuitive to the point where it's probably a bug. At least disable the button and read it as "Verifying..." or something.
