Transmission 1.83/1.83+ does not trash data

Post by loserkidjones »

Hi,

i am using the newest SVN-Snapshot on Ubuntu 9.10 Server. If i use the function "trash data and remove from list" in the web-gui,, transmission only removes the torrent from the list but does not delete the downloaded files from the download directory. Any idea how to fix it?

Does the daemon log any error messages when you try to delete the downloaded files?

when I delete a torrent transmission does not say anything. but i found out, that the problem causes by deleting incomplete torrents. i often use the new "deselect all" checkbox to get only a few files from the torrent. if i delete a completed torrent transmission remove the files well.

transmission seems to be unable to remove the *.part files. in version 1.90 should be an option to disable the .part suffix. were can i find it?
